Abstract

Abstract: After assayed and analyzed the hearing threshold and peak latency, amplitude, interpeak latency stimulated by 85dB click of the Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) in 53 healthy guinea pigs, the paraments’ normal values and investigated the effect of gender difference and the palce of electrodes on ABR were concluded.

摘要： 通过对 5 3例正常实验用豚鼠的听性脑干反应 (ABR)的反应阈值、各峰潜伏期、峰间潜伏期、振幅等参数的测定和统计分析 ,确定了豚鼠ABR各项参数的正常值范围 ,并对性别以及参考电极位置等影响因素作了初步评价 ,为以后的实验提供了参考依据
