Abstract: Young chick has the characteristic of filial imprinting,which can be used to establish model systems for studing the mechanisms of learning and memory.These model systems base on the chick's behaviors of one_trial taste avoidance,auditory imprinting and visual imprinting.These model systems possess the advantages of low price,short period and easy to repeat.

摘要： 利用小鸡的印记行为建立学习记忆的模型 ,从而对学习记忆这一高级神经活动的神经机制进行研究。目前在国际上广泛应用的小鸡学习记忆模型主要是依据小鸡的一次性味觉回避行为、小鸡的听觉印记和小鸡的视觉印记行为建立的。用小鸡建立学习记忆模型研究学习记忆 ,具有成本低 ,周期短 ,实验重复性好等优点
