Abstract: The experiments were carried out to clarify the kinds,the best concentration of the cryoprotectant for crossbred groups of mouse,so as to achieve the aim to improve viability of the frozen embryos.

摘要: 通过小鼠胚胎的毒性试验 ,确定对胚胎无毒性或毒性小的冷冻保护剂的种类、适宜浓度 ,以便达到提高冷冻解冻后的胚胎存活率的目的。用小鼠不同杂交组合胚胎进行玻璃化冷冻和解冻后 ,经体外培养观察胚胎的存活率和囊胚孵化率 ,确定了最佳的杂交组合
