Abstract: To examine whether a rat group has been infected by Tyzzer organism,10 young rats and 10 adult rats are seleted to be examined through pathology and IFA mammers. 10 Mongolian gerbils are also used to do a supplementary experiment.The results of three mammers are accordant,there is no infection of Tyzzer organism in this group.

摘要： 为了验证被泰泽病原体污染的实验动物生产单位是否彻底排除了该病原体 ,以新引种繁殖的离乳大鼠和成年大鼠为检测对象 ,采用组织病理学检查、免疫荧光法和长爪沙鼠辅助检测等方法对其进行了检测。各项检测结果全部阴性 ,证明该大鼠种群无泰泽病原体感染
