IRM-1小鼠生物学特性的初步研究

Abstract: Objective To obtain the data on characteristics of the generation and growth of IRM-1 inbred strain mouse. Methods The body weight and different organ weight from 6 and 9 week old IRM-1 mouse were weighed, then the visceral coefficient was counted. Results and conclusion Heart, liver and kidney weight of male mouse at 9 week old are higher than those of female. Heart, liver, kidney and lung weight of male mouse at 6 week old are higher than those of female, thymus weight of male mouse at 6 and 9 week old is lower then that of female. Properties of generation and growth of IRM-1 are similar to IMR-2 inbred strain mouse.

摘要: 目的 测定和比较不同年龄和性别IRM 1小鼠主要脏器重量和系数、生殖生长数据。方法 将不同周龄小鼠断颈处死 ,取主要脏器称重 ,计算脏器系数 ,测定出IRM 1小鼠不同时期的生殖生长数据。结果和结论  9周龄雄性小鼠心、肝、肾重量高于雌性小鼠 ,(P <0 0 5 ) ,6周龄雄性小鼠心、肝、肺、肾重量高于雌性小鼠 (P <0 0 5 ) ,9周龄和 6周龄雄性小鼠胸腺重量均低于雌性小鼠 (P <0 0 0 1)。IRM 1小鼠生殖生长特性与IRM 2小鼠相似
