Abstract: Objective\ To investigate the laboratory animals’ reusing rate in animal surgical experiments. Method\ The data of 158 cases from Sep 1999 to July 2002 were studied,paying more attention to following aspects including preoperative preparation,individual difference and dosage of anesthetic on laboratory animals. Result\ The reusing rate was raised significantly, because we payed more attention to the difference of the anatomy structure, decreasing the latent disadvantage agent affecting the heart and lung function, keeping warm after operation and promoting the recovery of respiratory function.Conclusion\ The reusing rate rise significantly, if we improve preoperative preparation, management during operation and postoperative nursing.

摘要： 目的　研究在动物实验中实验动物的重复利用率。方法　对 1999年 9月至 2 0 0 2年 7月间 15 8例实验动物的术前准备、个体差异及麻醉药剂量的统计分析 ,找出提高实验动物重复利用率的方法。结果　术中注意动物解剖结构上的差异和消除影响动物心肺功能的潜在不利因素、术后加强保温、促使呼吸功能恢复等护理措施 ,实验动物的重复利用率显著提高。结论　随着对术前准备、术中管理、术后护理的重视 ,实验动物的重复利用率显著提高
