Abstract: ObjectiveTo assess the total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) of the conventional a nd clean SD rats.Method\ CHO_PAP Method was used to determine TC;GPO _PAP Method was used to determine TG.Result\ (1)The result of the fe male conventional SD rats was TC:(1.67±0 24)mmol/L;TG:(0.52±0.12)mmol/L.( 2)The result of the male conventional SD rats was,TC:(1.52±0.18)mmol/L;TG:(0.5 8±0.14)mmol/L.(3)The result of the female clean SD rats was,TC:(1.80±0.32)mmo l/L;TG:(0.43±0.09)mmol/L.(4)The result of the male clean SD rats was,TC:(1.60 ±0.42)mmol/L;TG:(0.75±0.30)mmol/L.Conclusion\ The experiment provi des reference to set up the standard of blood biochemistry of normal clean labor atory animal.

摘要： 目的　检测普通级和清洁级SD大鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三酯 (TG)值。方法　TC测定采用酶法 (终点法 CHO PAPMethod) ,TG采用酶法 (终点法 GPO PAPMethod)。结果　 (1)普通级雌性SD大鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (1 67± 0 2 4)mmol L和 (0 52± 0 12 )mmol L ;(2 )普通级雄性SD大鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (1 52± 0 18)mmol L和 (0 58± 0 14 )mmol L ;(3 )清洁级雌性SD大鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (1 80± 0 3 2 )mmol L和 (0 43± 0 0 9)mmol L ;(4)清洁级雄性SD大鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (1 60± 0 42 )mmol L和 (0 75± 0 3 0 )mmol L。结论　本实验为洁净实验动物正常血液测定参考系统的确立提供一定的参考数据
