Abstract: SUMAAN Ⅱ and Ketamine were usual narcotic drugs used in general anesthesia, anesthesia induction, maintenance of anesthesia and compound general anesthesia of laboratory animal. SUMAAN Ⅱ was suitable for anesthesia of Rhesus macaques, but could lead to incomplete anesthesia of rats, rabbit, canine, caprineand swine. Compound general anesthesia of SUMAAN Ⅱ and Ketamine was satisfacting.

摘要： 速麻安 2号 (SUMAANⅡ )与氯胺酮是实验动物麻醉中常用的麻醉药物 ,二者均可单独用于全麻、麻醉诱导和麻醉维持以及复合全麻。速麻安 2号用于猕猴麻醉 ,效果满意 ;但对鼠、兔、犬、羊和猪的麻醉有时出现麻醉不全等情况 ,而加用氯胺酮复合全麻 ,效果满意。
