Abstract: SPF Wistar rats had been fed for 7 weeks since they were weaned at 3 weeks old.The main indexes of hemato logy,organ relative weight and length of head,body and tail were examined in the rats aged 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 weeks.The results indicated that when the rats grew older,the values of RBC,HGB and HCT of blood gradually increased,the main organ relative weight became lower except liver,and the length of head,body and tail increased.

摘要： 将SPF级Wistar大鼠从 3周龄断奶后饲养至 10周龄 ,分别测定 3周龄至 10周龄各周龄大鼠的血常规值和主要脏器重量系数及体重、头长、体长、尾长。结果表明 :随着周龄的增长 ,该大鼠血液RBC、HGB及HCT值逐渐升高 ;除肝脏外 ,各主要脏器重量系数逐渐降低 ;体重、头长、体长、尾长逐渐增长
