Abstract

Abstract: The study is to introduce a method of making and using a device for holding rats. It was simple and convenient to make and use this device which has more advantages than any other methods. The rat caudal vein injection without anesthesia had carried out by this device.

摘要： 报道一种简易的大鼠捕捉固定装置制作和使用方法。该装置制作简单 ,使用方便、安全 ,使用该装置捕捉固定大鼠较传统方法有许多优点 ,并且不需麻醉即可进行尾静脉注射。
