Abstract: objective To approach the differerce of KM, ICR and NIH mice in producing diabetic animal model. Method i.v injection with alloxan. Results The ICR mouse is much better than KM and NIH mouse in producing diabetic animal model and s of blood sugar measured, and is the most suitable animal in this experiment.

摘要: 目的 比较KM、ICR和NIH三个品系小鼠在制作糖尿病动物模型方面的异同。方法 四氧嘧啶尾静脉注射。结果 ICR小鼠模型的成功率和血糖值标准差明显优于其他两品系小鼠 ,是此种试验方法的首选动物
