Abstract: Objective The purpose is to investigate the model of tracheal tube and the placed-depth of tracheal intubtion by rabbit's mouth. Methods\ Fifty rabbits were divided into four groups by weight, Group A (1.8-2.2kg), B(2.2-2.4kg), C(2.4-3.0kg), D(3.0-3.5kg).Tracheal tube was placed blindly into trache. Machine controlled ventilation was managed. Monitoring included airway pressure, uplifted-height of thorax, breathing of both lungs, et al. Postoperation, dissect rabbit's respiratory tract and measure its length and tracheal inside diameter. Result\ The tracheal tube model of each group is “3.0”,“3.0-3.5”,“3.5”,“4.0”. The placed-depth of each group is 11-12cm, 12cm, 13cm, 13-14cm. Conclusion\ To rabbits whose weight is ranged from 1.8kg to 3.5kg, The tracheal tube model is probably “[weight(kg)-2.2]+3” and the placed-depth is 12.5±1.5cm.

摘要： 目的　探讨经兔口腔气管插管应用气管导管的型号和置入深度。方法　 5 0只体重 1 8— 3 5kg兔按体重分为4组 :A组 :1 8— 2 2kg ;B组 :2 2— 2 4kg ;C组 :2 4— 3 0kg;D组 :3 0— 3 5kg。麻醉后 ,经兔口腔盲探插入气管导管 ,接呼吸机机械通气。通过监测呼吸道压力 (PAW)、胸廓起伏程度、听诊双肺呼吸音确定气管导管粗细及置入深度是否合理。术后解剖兔呼吸道 ,测量其长度和气管内径。结果　A、B、C、D组置入气管导管型号分别为 3 0、3 0或3 5、3 5、4 0 ;深度分别为 11— 12cm、12cm、13cm、13— 14cm。结论　对体重 1 8— 3.5kg的兔行气管插管时气管导管型号约为 :(体重kg - 2 2 ) +3;置入深度约为 12 5cm± 1 5cm。
