垃圾发酵用菌种粉末的毒性研究

Abstract: In order to evaluate safety of bacterial strains used in organic rubbish fermentation, acute toxicity test and bone marrow micronucleus test were done in mouse, and stimulation test was done on rabbit skin. The results indicated that no acute toxicity by ig, no mutagenesis and no stimulation on skin caused by these bacterial strains were founded in the animal experiments mentioned above.

摘要: 为研究垃圾发酵用菌种粉末的急性毒性反应、致染色体畸变作用以及对皮肤的刺激性 ,采用昆明小鼠急性经口毒性实验和骨髓嗜多染细胞微核实验以及新西兰兔急性皮肤刺激实验 ,来进行安全性评价。结果表明 :小鼠经口LD50 值 >6 0 0 0mg·kg- 1 (体重 ) ;实验组小鼠骨髓细胞的平均微核率 (2 .7± 0 .81‰ )与正常组 (2 .5± 0 .77‰ )相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。与阳性对照组的平均微核率 (2 5 .5± 1.6‰ )相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;家兔皮肤刺激强度分值为 0。上述结果提示 ,该菌种粉末无毒 ,不具有致染色体畸变作用 ,对皮肤无刺激性。
