Abstract: The analgesic effect of Sengui mixture was confirmed by the methods of light-hot,electric stimulation and chemical stimulation.This experiment showed that after taking Sengui mixture (5\,10\,20ml/kg)orally,the liminal value of rabbit ache caused by calorediance was increase evidently;the response of rabbit's masticatory movement caused by electric stimulating tooth was inhibited;the tic douloureux caused by peniciline G K was calmed down;the uterine spasm caused by oxytocin and prostaglandin E1 was calmed also down.

摘要： 使用光热法、电刺激法、化学刺激法、模拟成痛经、牙痛、三叉神经痛等模型以观察桂参止痛合剂对各种疼痛的疗效。结果表明 ,桂参止痛合剂 5、10、2 0ml kg剂量组可使家兔对热辐射所致疼痛反应的阈值明显提高 ;对电刺激家兔齿髓所产生咀嚼运动和摆头反应有明显的抑制作用 ,可明显提高家兔对电刺激所致疼痛反应的阈值 ;可明显抑制K+所致大鼠三叉神经痛 ;可极明显地抑制缩宫素所致大鼠痛经扭体反应的次数及发生率 ;可极明显抑制前列腺素E1所致小鼠子宫痉挛扭体反应的次数。
