Abstract: For Objective:Establish animal's model of hyteruricemia. we food chickens with different dose adenine, set up therapeutic group with allopurinol. Blood uric acid urine uric acid, function of the kidney, pathological morphology of the kidney and microstructure were observed. The results of the proceeding is that the blood uric acid level of “the middle dose group” begin rising at the third week and continued for more than eight weeks. The change of the kidney's microstructure was not obvious. The blood uric acid level could be decreased by the treatment with allopurinol. To conclude,“the middle dose group” is a kind of hyperuricemia animal model for observing therapeutic effect of a medicine.

摘要: 为建立高尿酸血症动物模型 ,以不同剂量腺嘌呤分别饲喂鸡 ,设别嘌呤醇作为治疗组 ,监测血尿酸、尿尿酸及肾功能变化 ,并进行肾组织病理形态学及超微结构观察。结果示中剂量组鸡于实验第三周血尿酸水平升高 ,且持续稳定升高八周以上 ,肾超微结构改变不明显。经别嘌呤醇治疗后血尿酸水平降低。中剂量组可作为观察药物治疗作用的高尿酸血症动物模型
