Abstract: ? Rat model of hypercatabolic acute renal failure (HCARF) was developed in this study for further probing the mechanism of the disease.Sprague Dawley rats were divided into group A,group B and group C.These three groups were respectively developed into septicemia group,ischemic acute renal failure(IARF) group,and HCARF group.The model of septicemia was established by 1×10 7 colony formating unit(CFU)Escherichia coli i.p.IARF was induced by 60'clamping the left renal artery and contralateral nephrectomy.On the basis of IARF,1×10 7CFU Escherichia coli were injected to the rat's peritonium to create HCARF.Group C of HCARF manifested septicemic clinical features after operation.The blood urea nitrogen,creatinin,potassium of group C were significantly higher than other two groups while carbon dioxide combining power was significantly lower,24 hrs after operation.In addition,group C had more loss of body weight and death rate compared with other two groups.The situation which rats demonstrated confirmed to the clinical features of HCARF.For this reason,the rat model of HCARF was practical.The model was characteristic of simplicity,reliability,less trauma and better repeat.

摘要: 为更好地研究高分解代谢型急性肾功能衰竭 ,建立了此疾病的动物模型。SD大鼠分成A、B、C三组 ,分别建立败血症模型、急性缺血性肾功能衰竭模型和高分解代谢型急性肾功能衰竭模型。败血症模型由腹腔中注入大肠杆菌而制成 ;急性缺血性肾衰模型采用一侧肾切除及对侧肾动脉夹闭 60min而制成 ;高分解代谢急性肾衰模型则在造成大鼠急性肾衰同时 ,从腹腔中注入大肠杆菌而制成。结果表明 ,高分解代谢急性肾衰鼠在术后出现败血症的临床表现 ,且与败血症和急肾衰组相比 ,前者的血尿素氮、肌酐和血钾在术后明显增高 ,而二氧化碳结合力和体重明显下降 ,死亡率也较高 ,这符合高分解代谢急性肾衰的临床特点 ,表明所建立的高分解代谢急性肾衰模型是成功的
