Abstract: ? In this experiment,the blood was obtained from the mice after shone with the red lightto the whole body for 20 days.The anadem rateofcomplement3b receptor ofred cells(RBC- C3bR)andthatthe rateofim mune comple ment(RBC- IC)ofred cells were determined ,and thelymphocyte transforming(LT)rate was also determined.The results showed thatthe anadem rate of RBC- C3bRof control group was apparently higher than that ofthe contrast group(p < 0-01) ,and LT wassharply increased .Thisindicated thatthered lightcouldincreasetheim munefunction ofthe red cellsand the Tcells.

摘要: 应用红光照射仪对昆明鼠进行全身照射20 d 后取血,测定红细胞C3b 受体(RBC- C3bR)花环形成率和红细胞免疫复合物(RBC- IC) 花环率,同时测定淋巴细胞转化率(LT) 。结果表明红光照射组小鼠RBC- C3bR 花环形成率明显高于对照组( P< 0-05) ,LT 明显提高( P< 0-01) 。说明红光能增强红细胞免疫功能和T 细胞功能
