The Relative Bio-availability of Paolifen Iron and Its Effect on Blood Iron Recovery in Iron Deficiency Anemia Rats

泡利芬铁对缺铁性贫血成年大鼠全血铁恢复及其铁的相对生物利用率的实验研究

Abstract: ? To study the relative bio-availability of Paolifen iron and its effect on blood iron recovery in iron deficiency anemia(IDA)rats, the model of IDA was developed by feeding low iron and bleeding for 20 days in Wistar rats.IDA rats were divided into two groups fed with FeSO\-4 24(μg/g) and Paolifen iron 24(μg/g) respectively.The contents of Hb,blood iron,RBC and organ coefficiency were determined in the various periods of the experiment.Bio availability of Paolifen iron was calculated.The relative bio-availability rate of Paolifen iron was 108.5%.The content of blood iron in Paolifen group was higher than that of the control one, the FeSO\-4 group( P <0 05),and that of feeding Paolifen iron before( P <0 01).The contents of Hb and RBC increased obviously after feeding Paolifen iron in IDA rats.Paolifen iron is absorbed well,thus it can be applied in the therapy of IDA.

摘要: 研究泡利芬铁对合格成年缺铁性贫血(IDA) 大鼠全血铁恢复作用及其铁的相对生物利用率的影响。实验用合格成年Wistar 大鼠随机分为正常对照组( 简称对照组) 和IDA 组。对照组饲喂正常饲料,IDA 组饲喂低铁饲料并辅以放血,20 d 后,IDA 模型成功。两组动物各处死8 只,计算脏器系数。再根据Hb 值,将剩余IDA 大鼠又分为硫酸亚铁观察组( 简称FeSO4 组) 、泡利芬观察组( 简称泡利芬组) 。分别饲喂在低铁饲料中加入FeSO4 和泡利芬的混合饲料,使二组饲料中含药物铁达到24 μg/g 。分别记录各鼠实验前、模型成功后、实验结束时Hb 及红细胞数(RBC) ,测定全血铁含量。计算泡利芬铁的生物利用率。贫血大鼠在给予泡利芬后,Hb 及RBC 均明显升高。到第20 d ,当FeSO4 组Hb 恢复到正常时,泡利芬组大鼠全血铁含量明显高于给药前( P< 0-01) ,并高于对照组及FeSO4 组( P< 0-05) ,泡利芬铁的相对生物利用率为108-5 % 。
