摘要: 重组酶聚合酶扩增(RPA) ,是近几年发展起来的应用较广的新型恒温核酸扩增技术,它比聚合酶链式反应 ( PCR)及其他等温扩增技术更快速、高效,特异性强、操作便捷、反应时间短。 本文综述了 RPA 技术的原理、产物 检测方法以及其在水禽传染病病原检测中的应用研究的进展情况。 以期为今后禽病的诊断和防控工作提供参考。

Abstract: Recombinase polymerase amplification ( RPA) is a new type of thermostatic nucleic acid amplification technology widely developed in recent years, which is faster and more efficient, more specific, convenient to operate and shorter reaction time than polymerase chain reaction ( PCR) and other isothermal amplification technologies. This article reviewed the principles of RPA technology, product detection method, and its application in the pathogen detection of waterfowl infectious diseases, to provide reference for the diagnosis, prevention and control of avian diseases in the future.
