Abstract: Abstract:Rabbit is a commonly used experimental animal model for necrosis of the femoral head, but there is currently a lack of feasible and standardized injection methods for rabbit hip joint injection. Different from the traditional groin approach, this study was based on animal experiments. According to the anatomical characteristics of rabbits, this study retracted the hip joint to extend the joint space, accurately positioned, and explored a new method of injection and administration in the hip joint cavity of rabbits from the dorsal approach to avoid nerves and blood vessels. The result showed that this method was simple and convenient, and the drug can be smoothly injected into the rabbit hip joint cavity in strict accordance with the operation steps, with high safety and feasibility. This study provides a feasible and standardized operation process for rabbit hip joint injection in animal experiment, and the technical reference for the development of animal experiment.
