摘要: 摘要:目的 拟通过实验研究确立全自动生化仪检测 Apo E- / - 小鼠血脂的检测条件,为后续抗动脉粥样硬化性( AS)研究提供准确可靠的评价方法方法 高脂饲料喂养 Apo E- / -小鼠 6 周后,球后静脉采血制备待测血清,生理盐水稀释 4 、6 、8 倍和 10 倍后,以全自动生化仪检测血脂 4 结果 高脂饲料喂养 6 周后,小鼠血清中胆固醇含量过高,需要进行稀释后检测方可获得准确数据;通过稀释测量及重复测量实验,提示 8 倍稀释可能是检测血清脂质含量的最佳稀释条件结论 全自动生化仪测定小鼠血脂时需要对血清进行适当的稀释方可进行,方法简便可行且数据真实可靠

Abstract: Abstract: Objective This paper intends to establish an automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the blood lipid of Apo E- / - mice fed with high-fat diet, so as to provide an accurate and reliable evaluation method for the follow-up anti AS research. Method Apo E- / - mice were fed with high-fat diet for 6 weeks. Blood samples were collected from orbital venous plexus to prepare serum for testing. After diluted with normal saline for 4, 6, 8 and 10 times, four items of blood lipid were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Result After 6 weeks of high-fat diet, the cholesterol content in the serum of mice was too high and needed to be diluted to obtain accurate data. Through dilution measurement and repeated measurement experiments, it is recommended to use 8-fold dilution as the best dilution condition for detecting serum lipid content. Conclusion The automatic biochemical analyzer needs to properly dilute the serum to determine the blood lipids of mice. The method is simple and feasible, and the data is true and reliable.
