A New Way of Drug Administration to Adult Frog

摘要: 摘要:目的探索一种对成蛙给药的新方式。方法采用90 日龄虎纹蛙( Rana rugulosa)成蛙为实验动物,人工灌 胃添加苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)菌剂的饲料,实验分组为1 个空白对照组和5 个剂量组,其剂量分 别为1 000、2 150、4 640、10 000 和21 500 mg / kg,每组4 个重复,每个重复有5 只成蛙,通过计算农药的LD50及14 d 的体质量增加,评价采用灌胃给药开展成蛙急性毒性实验的可行性。结果人工灌胃饲料可使虎纹蛙获得营养支 持,使其体质量增加;通过强饲添加不同剂量的Bt 菌剂饲料,可以引起成蛙不同的毒性反应及不同的死亡率,且死 亡率随Bt 剂量增加而增大。Bt 菌剂的LD50为6 691 mg / kg,95% 的置信区间为(5 564,8 329) mg / kg。结论对成 蛙可以采用灌胃方式给药或者补给营养,以进行成蛙相关的毒性实验。

Abstract: Abstract:To explore a new way to administrate drugs to the adult frog. Adult tiger frogs ( Rana rugulosa) at 90- day-old were fed with a mixture of pesticide (Bt suspension fluid) and forage. The frogs were randomly divided into blank control and five dosage groups (1 000,2 150,4640,10 000,21 500 mg / kg) . Four repeats were conducted for each group and 5 frogs were administrated in each repeat. The median lethal dose ( LD50 ) and body weight gain were recorded to evaluate the feasibility of oral gavage in adult frogs in acute toxicity test. The results showed the oral gavage can make the frogs get nutrition support and gain weight. Moreover,there was a strong positive relationship between dose and response,and the LD50 value was 6 691 mg / kg. Therefore,the adult frogs can be administrated with various drugs by oral gavage,which will provide a new workable method for frog toxicity test.
