海洋尖尾虫对海洋卡盾藻的扰动摄食

摘要: 摘要:海洋尖尾虫是世界广泛分布的一种海洋浮游原生动物,目前已成为国际上室内海洋生物实验的模式海洋浮 游生物。采用连续显微观察的方法研究了在共培养条件下海洋尖尾虫对海洋卡盾藻的摄食特征。结果表明,在共 培养条件下,海洋尖尾虫摄食海洋卡盾藻的方式为扰动摄食,这种摄食方式在国际上尚属首次报道。该研究结果 为探讨赤潮演替和近海生物群落演替机制提供了实验依据。

Abstract: Abstract:Oxyrrhis marina is one of marine pelagic protozoa and widely distributed in the global coastal waters,and now became model marine planktons for laboratory marine biology experiments. The feeding characteristics of O. marina on C. marina in co-culture were analysed by continuous microscopic examination. The results showed that the feeding method of O. marina on C. marina is disturbance feeding,and this feeding method was reported for the first time in the world. The results provided experimental evidences for discussing succession mechanisms of red tides and coastal biological communities.
