摘要: 摘要:肌少症( sarcopenia)是一种与增龄相关的进行性和全身性的骨骼肌疾病,严重影响老年人的生活质量而成为临床亟需解决的关键问题构建恰当的肌少症动物模型,是进行该疾病机制及治疗方法研究的重要手段肌少症动物模型主要有高脂饮食喂养动物模型后肢卸载动物模型基因敲除动物模型自发性动物模型等,其中研究和应用较多的是高脂饮食喂养动物模型,常用的实验动物是大鼠和小鼠目前还没有一种动物模型能完整表现人类肌少症的临床和病理特征,随着医学技术的发展,有望复制出更加合理的肌少症动物模型

Abstract: Abstract:Sarcopenia, as a progressive and systemic skeletal muscle disease related to aging which seriously affects the quality of life, and becomes a key clinical problem to be solved urgently. An appropriate animal model of sarcopenia is important for the research about the mechanism and treatment of sarcopenia. The animal models of sarcopenia mainly include the high-fat diet feeding animal model, the hind limb unloading animal models, the gene knockout animal model, the spontaneous animal models, etc. among which high-fat diet feeding animal models are studied and applied more frequently, and the commonly used laboratory animals are rats and mice. At present, no animal model can fully demonstrate the clinical and pathological features of sarcopenia similar to human. With the development of medical technology, a more reasonable animal model of sarcopenia is expected to be copied.
