Abstract: Abstract: Objective To study the antipyretic effects of Ganmaoshuangjie granules. Method Rat dry yeast model and rabbit bacterial endotoxin model were used, high, medium and low doses compound of Ganmaoshuangjie granules were given. To observe the effect of cold biolysis granules on the body temperature of febrile model, the intensity of heat release was investigated. Result The high dosage group ( 1. 7 g extract powder / kg ) of Ganmaoshuangjie granules was able to significantly inhibit the elevated temperature of the dry yeast model, and cooling rate of about 0. 7 ℃ . However, the effect of the dose group on the hypothermia of bacterial endotoxin model was not obvious. Conclusion The Ganmaoshuangjie granules has a certain thermal effect on the temperature rise caused by ulceration and so on.
