摘要: 摘要:目的 观察脐疝( umbilical hernia,UH)大鼠模型表型及部分生物学特性方法 采用全同胞交配法对自发UH 大鼠进行近交繁育,建立遗传性 UH 大鼠模型,观察表型特征生长曲线脏器系数血常规血液生化指标等生物学特征结果 所培育的 UH 大鼠脐疝发病率保持 100% ,外观解剖病理等特征明显;雄性个体体质量自第 4周起较同龄 SD 大鼠低,雌性无显著差异;脾脏较同龄 SD 大鼠偏大;部分血液常规指标及血液生化指标与 SD 大鼠有显著差异结论 遗传性 UH 大鼠模型表型特征明确,生物学特性有别于 SD 大鼠,可作为研究 UH 致病机制及易感基因的良好动物模型

Abstract: Abstract:Objective To observe the phenotypes and biological characteristics of the umbilical hernia ( UH) rat model. Method The spontaneous UH rat model was inbred by the whole sibling mating method, and the heritable UH rat model was established. Biological characteristics, such as phenotypic characteristic, growth curve, organ coefficient, blood routine examination items and blood biochemical indices, were observed and compared with SD rats. Result The incidence of umbilical hernia in cultivated UH rats maintained 100%, and the appearance, anatomy and pathology features were obvious. Male body weight was lower than that of SD rats at the same age from week 4, but there was no significant difference in female body weight. The spleen of UH rats was larger at the same age. Some blood routine examination items and blood biochemical indices were significantly different from those of SD rats. Conclusion Heritable UH rats have clear phenotypic characteristics and different biological characteristics from SD rats, which is expected to be a good animal model for studying the pathogenesis and susceptibility genes of umbilical hernia.
