摘要:实验动物饲养条件能影响动物的生长发育、生理机能和机体代谢,其操作的规范性和可行性会直接影响实验数据的收集及实验结果的真实性和准确性。 雪貂(Mustela putorius furo)呼吸系统的细胞生物学特性与人相似,是一种适合流感及常见肺病研究的理想动物模型,但是目前国内尚无实验室饲养管理雪貂的报道。 通过改善雪貂生活环境、改进饲养方法及完善实验操作,可以使相关实验结果更真实、准确。 本文结合实际操作和相关文献,对实验雪貂的饲养管理和实验操作进行详细综述,以期提供一套规范的标准的雪貂饲养管理和实验操作方案。

Abstract:

Abstract:Not only feeding conditions can affect the growth and development of laboratory animals, physiological functions and metabolism of the body, but also the standardization and feasibility of the operation will affect the collection of experimental data, which will affect the authenticity, accuracy and scientificity of the experimental results. The respiratory system of ferret is similar to human′s, which is an ideal animal model for studying influenza virus and common lung diseases. There are no detailed reports on the feeding and management of ferret in China. By improving ferret living environment, feeding method and experiment operation, the experiment result can be more real and accurate. In this paper, the feeding management and operation of labortary ferrets were reviewed in the combination with practical operation and relevant literature. It is expected to provide researchers engaged in ferret experiments with a set of standardized ferret feeding management and experimental operation program.
