摘要:沙门氏菌病是一种重要的人畜共患病,一直威胁着畜禽健康和食品安全当前正值我国大力推进沙门氏菌淋巴白血病的种禽净化政策,但传统检测方法存在检测时间长血清型和致病力无法区分的技术瓶颈,严重制约了沙门氏菌净化效率和净化进程,也限制了食品安全检测的准确性针对沙门氏菌临床快速检测存在的技术壁垒,本文对细菌分离血清学诊断、PCR 诊断技术基因芯片诊断等技术进展进行文献综述,旨在为禽源沙门氏菌新型检测技术的建立与应用提供借鉴

Abstract:

Abstract:Salmonellosis is an important zoonotic disease, threating to animal industry and food security. Current eradication of avian Salmonellosis and Leucosis are implementing across breeder chickens in China. However, both efficacy and procedure are hampered due to lack of rapid, highly specific and high sensitive test assay. The conventional methods are not satisfied for highly demand in light of rapid detection, animal health and food safety due to time-cost duration, differentiation of serotype and pathogenicity. Confronting with technical dilemma, the review will engage in comprehensive analysis of bacterial isolation, serodiagnosis, PCR method and microarray approaches and sheds light on new technologies of detecting avian Salmonellosis in future.
