摘要:妊娠糖尿病( gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)动物模型是研究 GDM 发生发展、治疗与护理机制的实验基础, GDM 大鼠造模方法是否符合人类 GDM 发病机制与其成模率和死亡率至关重要。本文综合比较国内外文献中GDM 大鼠的造模方法,发现目前 GDM 大鼠常用的造模方法主要有药物诱导、饮食诱导和药物联合饮食诱导三种类别,但各造模方法所用药物和饮食剂量差别大,缺乏统一的 GDM 大鼠成模标准和不同造模方法间的比较且忽视了活动量因素对 GDM 大鼠模型的影响。

Abstract:

Abstract:The animal model of gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM ) is the experimental basis for studying the development, treatment and nursing mechanism of GDM. Whether the GDM rat modeling method is consistent with the pathogenesis of human GDM and its modeling rate and mortality is essential. This article reviews the GDM rat modeling method based on domestic and foreign kinds of literature. At present, the commonly used modeling method in GDM rats mainly include drug induction, diet induction, and drug combination diet induction, but they're still much difference among them. There was a large difference in dose, lack of uniform GDM rat modeling standards and comparison between different modeling method and neglected the influence of activity factors on the GDM rat model.
