可伸缩的疾病动物模型检索技术

摘要: 疾病动物模型是开展医学研究及药物研发的重要支撑工具。 本文将可伸缩的大数据检索技术应用于疾病动 物模型检索,提出一种基于 ElasticSearch 的疾病动物检索平台技术方案。 系统包含采集服务、基础数据库、弹性检 索、用户数据库及第三方应用开发四部分。 结果表明,相对于传统关系型数据库构建文献检索,该技术能够提供灵 活、快速、高效的海量数据检索解决方案,并为后续智能挖掘提供便利。

Abstract: Animal models are the important support tools of tumor research. In this study, the scalable big data retrieval technology originally used to integrate literature resources in animal models of tumor disease. This paper discusses a technology solution for integrate literature resources in animal models of tumor disease based on ElasticSearch. The system has four parts, including web crawler、 the Foundation Database、 ElasticSearch and Subscriber-Database. The result demonstrate that the developed system is superior to the system based on RDBMS. Having the characters of flexibility, briskness and efficient, the technology facilitate the further development of intelligent mining.
