摘要: 糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症之一,其诊断及治疗仍是糖尿病慢性并发症研究的难点,这与其发 病机制尚不完全清楚有关。 长期以来,糖尿病动物模型首选大鼠,但是随着技术的进步,小鼠逐渐成为糖尿病神经 病变研究的重要工具。 目前,关于糖尿病小鼠周围神经病变的筛查方法很多,但尚无统一标准。 本文通过总结常 用的糖尿病小鼠模型和相关的周围神经病变检查方法,为进行糖尿病小鼠神经病变研究的科研工作者提供科学 参考。

Abstract: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a peripheral neurological dysfunction caused by sustained hyperglycemia that most commonly presents as distal degenerative neuropathy with abnormal pain, numbness and paresthesia and so on. Clinically, the diagnosis and treatment of DPN is still a great challenge in chronic complications of diabetes, which is related to its unclear pathogenesis. Rats have long been preferred in the rodent diabetes model, but advances in technology have gradually driven mice to become an important tool for the study of diabetic neuropathy. At present, there are many screening method for peripheral neuropathy in diabetic mice but no uniform standard. This paper summarizes the commonly used diabetic mouse models of diabetes and relevant method of detecting peripheral neuropathy including sensory function test, neuroelectrophysiology, pathological examinations and motor function test, aimed to provide a scientific reference for the researchers who conduct the peripheral neuropathy in diabetic mice.
