实验小鼠肾匀浆中肽酶-3样本稳定性分析

摘要: 目的 通过分析肽酶-3样本的稳定性,了解该样本的贮存条件和运输条件,进而采取适当措施保障能力验证样品的品质时刻符合实施能力验证活动的要求。方法 按照国家标准 GB/T 14927.1—2008进行样本的制备,设定-20 ℃,4℃,室温和37 ℃为4个温度检验点,设定1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d、6 d、7 d、14 d和28 d为9个时间检验点,进行稳定性检验。结果 肽酶-3样本在37 ℃仅能稳定保存1 d,在4 ℃、室温和-20 ℃均可以稳定保存至28 d。结论 在该项目实施过程中,有必要严格控制肽酶-3样本的保存条件和运输条件。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the samples stability of peptidase 3 in order to understand the storage condition and transportation condition of samples and to guarantee the samples to be qualified for the demand of proficiency test.Method On the basis of the national standard GB/T 14927.1—2008,samples were prepared,stability test were carried on 4 temperatures(-20 ℃,4 ℃,room temperature and 37 ℃)and 9 time points (1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d、6 d、7 d、14 d and 28 d).Result Peptidase 3 samples can be preserved only in 1 day at 37 ℃.At 4 ℃、room temperature and -20 ℃,Peptidase 3 samples can be stably preserved during 28 days.Conclusion The preservation and transportation conditions of the peptidase 3 samples must be controlled strictly during proficiency test.
