小动物micro-CT与超声及主动脉插管术评价 左心室功能的比较研究

摘要: 目的 研究micro-CT、主动脉插管术与超声心动图测量左心室功能参数的一致性与相关性,评价micro-CT评估左心室功能的科研应用价值。方法 利用micro-CT、主动脉插管术、超声对10对正常及心衰大鼠进行心功能检测,应用心功能分析软件测量左心室功能参数:收缩末期容积、舒张末期容积及射血分数,将micro-CT结果与、主动脉插管术、超声心动图结果比较。结果 10对大鼠检查均获得成果,micro-CT、主动脉插管术与超声心动图测量左心室功能参数具有良好的相关性。结论 micro-CT可以用来评价左心室功能,是准确测量心室功能的可行性方案。

Abstract: Objective To study the consistency and correlation of micro-CT, aortic intubation and echocardiography in measuring left ventricular function parameters, and to evaluate the value of micro-CT in evaluating left ventricular function. Method Cardiac function tests were performed on 10 pairs of normal and heart failure rats by micro-CT, aortic intubation, and ultrasound. Left ventricular function parameters were measured using cardiac function analysis software: end-systolic volume, end-diastolic volume, and ejection fraction. The micro-CT result were compared with the result of aortic intubation and echocardiography. Result All the rats were examined by micro CT, aortic catheterization and echocardiography. There was a good correlation between the parameters of left ventricular function measured by micro CT, aortic catheterization and echocardiography. Conclusion micro-CT can be used to evaluate left ventricular function and is a feasible solution for accurate measurement of ventricular function.
