Abstract: To explore the effect of early environmental enrichment on social recognition，60 adolescent C57BL/6J m ice collected from the standard nest and communal nest was tested on the basis of the habituation-dishabituation model and analyzed，compared.Both the female and male C57BL/6 Jm ice showed the ability of social recognition in the standard nest and the communal nest.And compared with in the standard nest，the social recognition of C57BL/6 Jm ice did not significantly been enhanced in the communal nest.We conclude that social recognition of the animals that did not significantly been enhanced may be because social recognition is themost basic ability，and the environment has little effect on it.In addition，the research on the communal nest would be help ful to study other higher social behavior.
