补骨脂对维甲酸诱导的大鼠骨质疏松的治疗

Therapeutic Effect of Psoraleacorylifolia on Osteoporosis induced by Retinoic Acid in the Wistar Rats

摘要: 目的 比较补骨脂、补骨脂水提物及水提后剩余部分(下文简称药渣)对大鼠骨质疏松的治疗作用。方法 Wistar大鼠用维甲酸70 mg/kg体质量灌胃14 d造模,然后补骨脂生药、补骨脂水提物及药渣连续灌胃8周。给药结束后用CT扫描进行骨密度分析,给药8周处死动物并进行血清生化检测。结果 给药8周,与模型组相比,各给药组血清生化指标ACP显著下降,骨小梁数升高、骨小梁分离度降低。结论 补骨脂对维甲酸诱导的大鼠骨质疏松有治疗作用,其中等剂量补骨脂药渣作用效果优于水提物和生药。

Abstract: Objective To compare the the rapeutic effect of Psoraleacorylifolia on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in the Wistar rats. Method Retinoic acid was given to Wistar rats by gavage at the dose of 70 mg/kg for 14 days. Rats were administrated of Psoraleacorylifolia powder(PP),aqueous extract of Psoraleacorylifolia(AE),and the rest of aqueous extract(RAE)for 8 weeks,respectively.After the administration, the bone density was analyzed by CT, and the biochemical indexes of serum were determined at the end of 8th week. Result After 8 weeks of the administration,the ACP of the RAE group were significantly lower than the other model groups. The number of trabecular and bone density were significantly higher than the model group. Conclusion RAE had the rapeutic effect on osteoporosis in the model rats ofretinoic acid the effect was higher than PP and AE groups.
