Abstract: Abstract: : Gout animal models in biomedical research are experimental animal objects and material which are established to simulate human diabetic features． By studying of gout animal models，it’s helpful to recognize the occurrence and developing rule of human diabetes，and then to the forming of prevention and cure method ． In this paper，the research development of various types of gout animal models and the choice of modeling animals were presented and discussed systematically．
