血络复欣颗粒对大鼠凝血功能及血小板聚集功能的影响

The Effect of Xueluofuxin Granule on Blood Coagulated Activity and Platelet Aggregation in Rats

摘要: 摘要: 目的 研究血络复欣颗粒抗凝血作用及对血小板聚集功能的影响。方法 大鼠经腹主动脉采血,分离血浆并检测凝血酶时间( TT) 、凝血酶原时间( PT) 、活化部分凝血活酶时间( APTT) 、纤维蛋白原( Fib) 含量; 吸取富血小板血浆( PRP) 及穷血小板血浆( PPP) ,以 ADP 为诱导剂,血小板聚集凝血因子分析仪,检测 2 min、4 min、6 min 血小板聚集百分率,计算出最大聚集百分率以及聚集抑制百分率。结果 血络复欣能够显著延长大鼠血浆的 PT、TT、 APTT,并显著降低 Fib 的含量,且显著降低以 ADP 诱导的大鼠血小板聚集率。结论 血络复欣具有显著的抗凝血以及抑制以 ADP 诱导的血小板聚集的作用。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To study the effect of Xueluofuxin granule on blood-coagulated activity and platelet aggregation in rats. Method SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,the tested groups were intragastricly administrated with Xueluofuxin granule for 7 d,and the blood was sampled by abdominal aorta to measure the Thrombin Time ( TT) ,Prothrombin Time ( PT) ,Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time ( APTT) ,fibrinogen content ( Fib) and the platelet aggregation rate induced by adenosine diphosphate ( ADP) . Result Xueluofuxin granule prolonged PT、TT and APTT,but reduced the content of Fib and platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP in rats. Conclusion Xueluofuxin inhibited obviously blood coagulation and platelet aggregation induced by ADP.
