Research Progress of Endotoxin-induced ALI Models

摘要: 摘要: 急性肺损伤( ALI) 是以急性进行性呼吸衰竭为特征的一种常见且死亡率高的临床综合征。目前对ALI 的研究主要以动物模型为基础,而动物种属及对诱导物的反应是影响动物模型成功与否的一个重要因素。因此,本文旨在对内毒素所致ALI 动物模型的研究概况作一综述。

Abstract: Abstract: Acute lung injury ( ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS) are common clinical syndrome with high mortality rate,and with no exactly effective treatments,which have not been researched thoroughly at present. Endotoxin / Lipopolysaccharide( LPS) has been reported as an important risk factor of ALI /ARDS. The studies of ALI are mainly based on the animals,that its species and the responses to the inducer would always affect the trial. In this review,the characteristics of Endotoxin-induced animal model in ALI /ARDS will be summarized.
