清血通脉颗粒改善微循环障碍及对血栓形成的影响

Effect of Qingxuetongmai Granule on Improving Microcirculation and Antithrombus

摘要: 摘要: 目的研究清血通脉颗粒改善微循环作用、抗血栓作用。方法采用小鼠空肠袢局部滴加肾上腺素造成肠系膜微循环障碍模型,观察清血通脉颗粒对毛细血管管径大小、微血流速度和流态的影响; 采用电刺激大鼠颈总动脉近心端造成血流减慢并形成血栓,观察清血通脉颗粒对抗血栓形成的作用。结果清血通脉颗粒能显著改善毛细血管管径、微血流速度和流态; 能显著降低电刺激大鼠颈动脉引起的血栓堵塞率。结论清血通脉颗粒具有改善微循环、对抗血栓形成的作用。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To study the Qingxuetongmai granule on improving microcirculation and antithrombus actions. Method The model of microcirculatory hindrance was made by dripping epinephrine in mesentery in mice,and examination indexes include capillaries diameter,micro-flow velocity and flow state were detected.Electrical stimulation proximal cephalic artery is liable to injury the internal wall of vessels,thereby leading to blood flow,and ultimately thrombosis. The effect of fighting clotting by Qingxuetongmai granule was measured.Result Qingxuetongmai granule can improve capillaries diameter,micro-flow velocity and flow state,decrease blood clot blocking rate in rats. Conclusion Qingxuetongmai granule has the effect of improving microcirculation and antithrombus in rats.
