Abstract: Abstract: From mice superovulation， embryo collection， zygotes microinjection， embryo transplantation， genotyping，etc． ，this text elaborated technical operating essentials for preparing genetically engineered mice． Besides，it also elaborated the technologies about conservation and breeding of genetically engineered mice，including assisted reproductive technology of IVF ( in vitro fertilization) ，frozen and recovery technology of sperm and embryos． It involved the main points of the relevant technical improvement and operation experience． The laboratory successfully built the platform of preparation and conservation of genetically engineered mice and provided a better technical service．
