Abstract: Abstract: Objective To determine the normal ranges of blood physiological and biochemical data in C57 － ras transgenetic mice and compare for variations of these data between the both genders and between 4 weeks mice and 8 weeks mice． Method The blood samples collected were tested for physiological values using MEK － 7222K Hematology Analyzer，Biochemical values using OLYMPUS AU400 auto-analyser． Ｒesult Sexual difference of 8 weeks C57 － ras was noted in biochemical values such as ALB、GLU and CHO( P ＜ 0. 05) and physiological values such as WBC and LYM( P ＜ 0. 05) ． Age difference of 4 weeks and 8 weeks C57 － ras was noted in biochemical values such as ALT、TP、ALB、ALP、P、CHO and T． Bili( P ＜ 0. 05) ，and physiological values such as WBC、ＲBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCHC、ＲDW、PLT、PCT、MPV、NEUTand LYM ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) ． Conclusion The normal physiological and biochemical data in C57 － ras transgenetic mice are affected by a variety of factors． Some of the data are significantly different between the both genders，and the majority of the data are significantly different between 4 weeks mice and 8 weeks mice．
