氨浓度检测的溯源验证实验

Traceability Verification Experiment of Ammonia Concentration Detection

摘要: 摘要: 目的在采用纳氏试剂比色法进行动物室氨浓度检测时用国家标准物质进行验证,以保证实验室检测结果的准确性。方法取十份样品分别用氨标准样品与实验室配置的氨溶液进行平行实验,同时绘制氨标准曲线进行比对。结果实验室配置的氨溶液标准曲线与氨标准样品标准曲线的偏差为- 1. 79%。结论氨浓度检测受多种因素影响,为使检测结果准确性和一致性得以保证,应进行实验室验证、校准工作。

Abstract: Abstract: Detection of ammonia concentration is an important indicator of the dynamic detection of laboratory animal facility. The accuracy of detection is related to curving of standard ammonia sample,which is dependent on calibration the concentration of standard sample. So the curve of standard ammonia commercially available was compared with that of ammonia preparation solution using the reagent colorimetric method. The result shows the deviation of curves is - 1. 79%. Detection of ammonia concentration is affected by many factors,to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the detection results,and laboratory verification and calibration should be performed.
