Abstract: Abstract: Autoclave sterilizer is commonly used in animal laboratory and extremely dangerous equipment． It takes most of the items in the animal room and laboratory sterilization work． When the pressure vessel accidents have occurred in recent years，the safety of pressure vessels should be paid great attention． Staff should have special equipment operating qualifications，while cultivate good quality of the profession． Equipment operation should pay attention to standardized operating procedure， and complete routine equipment maintenance carefully． The equipment should be periodically checked within the design working life． According to the regulation，pressure gauge of the autoclave sterilizer and the steam generator should be inspected every six months，safety valve of the autoclave sterilizer and the steam generator should be inspected every year．
