血样在室温存放导致的血清 CK 升高

Storage of Whole Blood at Room Temperature before Centrifugation Induced Creatine Kinase Increase in Serum

摘要: 摘要: 目的 观察大鼠取血后血样在室温下放置不同时间后离心分离血清测得生化指标的变化。方法 SD 大鼠 10% 水合氯醛麻醉后腹主动脉取血,同一血样分为 3 份,分别放置 30 min、2 h、4 h 后离心检测生化指标并观察数据 变化。结果 血样放置 2 h 及 4 h 时,与放置 30 min 后离心测得血糖( GLU) 、肌酸激酶( CK) 两种指标相比出现显 著性差异。结论 血样在室温放置过长时间再离心检测可能影响 CK 及 GLU 两种指标的准确性。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To observe the changes of serum biochemical indexes after blood samples stored at room temperature for various time. Method After rats were anesthetized,blood was collected via abdominal aorta. The blood sample of each rat were divided to three parts and placed at room temperature for the 30 min,2 h and 4 h respectively. The biochemical parameters were detected and the changes were observed. Result After blood samples were placed at room temperature for 2 h and 4 h,serum glucose ( GLU) and creatine kinase ( CK) were significantly different from those of samples stored for 30 min. Conclusion Storage of whole blood at room temperature for a long time affects values of serum CK and GLU.
