Abstract: Abstract: Combining with the practice of Animal laboratory in Tianjin Institute of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences，with T739 mice，for example，this paper discussed the experience measures of feeding management and breeding methods in barrier system，strengthen and improve management system and quality control of T739 mice． With reference to the relevant standards of national laboratory animals，to establish an effective operational guidance standards of barrier system laboratory，in order to lay the foundations for better research and development of T739 mouse strains．
