乌骨藤苷晶体对人宫颈腺癌荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤抑制 作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Tumor Inhibiting Effect of Glaucescent Fissistigma Root Crystals in Nude Mice with Cervical Adenocarcinoma

摘要: 摘要: 目的 研究乌骨藤苷晶体对人宫颈腺癌荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤的抑制作用。方法 采用人宫颈腺癌接种裸鼠待长出 实体瘤,用第三代实体瘤移植裸鼠皮下建立人宫颈腺癌裸鼠模型; 用乌骨藤提取物苷晶体( I、II) ( 0. 24 g /250 mL) 分别给实验组裸鼠灌胃 0. 5 mL/只,对照组给饮用水,每日 1 次,连续 30 d。每周测量体质量和肿瘤大小 2 次,30 d 给药后处死小鼠,解剖,称其肿瘤质量,计算抑瘤率,评价乌骨藤提取物苷晶体( Ⅰ、Ⅱ) 对裸鼠荷瘤的抑制作用。结 果 乌骨藤苷晶体Ⅰ和晶体Ⅱ对人宫颈腺癌荷瘤裸鼠有抑制肿瘤作用,抑瘤率分别 88. 95 % 和66. 71 % ,其中晶体 Ⅰ和Ⅱ抑制肿瘤作用与对照组比较有显著性差异( 晶体Ⅰ,P < 0. 01; 晶体Ⅱ,P < 0. 05) 。结论 乌骨藤苷晶体Ⅰ和 晶体Ⅱ均有抑制人宫颈腺癌荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤的作用。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To study the inhibiting effect of glaucescent fissistigma root crystals in the nude mice with cervical adenocarcinoma; Method Using cervical adenocarcinoma inoculated to the nude mice and growing the solid tumor,subcutaneous transplantation the 3th the solid tumor to establish nude mice model. Take glaucescent fissistigma root crystals ( I,II) from gastric for experimental,0. 5 mL /one,take water saline as control group ,one time per day,30 days in a row. Measuring the weight and tumor size 2 times in a week,after 30 days of treatment to put to death in mice,anatomize the mice and weighted tumor,calculate the tumor-inhibition rate. Evaluating the tumor-inhibit effection by glaucescent fissistigma root crystal Ⅰ and crystal Ⅱ in nude mice with cervical adenocarcinoma; Result Glaucescent fissistigma root crystalⅠ and crystalⅡ have affection to nude mice with cervical adenocarcinoma,the anti-tumor rate are 88. 95% and 66. 71% ,respectively. The tumor suppression of crystalⅠ have significant difference ( P<0.01) ,crystalⅡ ( P<0.05) ; Conclusion Glaucescent fissistigma root crystalⅠ and crystalⅡ can inhibit nude mice with cervical adenocarcinoma to growth.
