摘要： 摘要: 目的 为医学实验动物学专业毒理学课程的教学提供借鉴。方法 从教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方 面总结近 10 年的实验动物毒理学教学实践。结果 设置了较合理的医学实验动物毒理课程的教学内容，实践了 多种教学方法，并提出 PBL( Problem Based Learning，PBL) 教学模式和实验教学改革措施，取得了良好效果。结论 这些教学经验对实验动物毒理学教学有参考价值。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To provide a teaching experience to toxicology cause in medical laboratory animal science． Method The experience in teaching toxicology practice of 10 years including the contents，methods and examination were summarized and analyzed． Result The reasonable teaching system of toxicology cause of laboratory animal science was established． Several teaching methods were used． And PBL teaching model and protocol of experimental teaching were proposed and good effects on study were achieved． Conclusion These experiences are valuable references for teaching toxicology in laboratory animal science．
