Abstract: Abstract: This article briefly introduced the key factors and measures of experimental management in ABSL-2． And these factors and measures include experimental application，accreditation management ，biosafety risk assessment， personnel management，management of entering and exiting of goods and experimental animals，standardized management of procedures，management of feeding and care，safety personnel management，and management of contingency plans and emergency treatment． All of these contents provide to colleagues as a reference．
