摘要： 摘要: 为预防和治疗高血压等心血管疾病，许多实验动物模型被研究和开发。本文介绍了与高血压症相关的4 个 大鼠模型品系，即自发性高血压大鼠( SHR) 、魏－ 凯二氏大鼠( WKY) 、Dahl 盐敏感性大鼠( DSS) 和SS-13BN大鼠。

Abstract: Abstract: A lot of laboratory animal models have been developed to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension． Four rat model strains about hypertension including Spontaneous Hypertensive Rats ( SHR) 、 Wistar Kyoto Rats ( WKY) 、Dahl /Salt Sensitive Rats ( DSS) and Salt Sensitive-Chr 13BN Rats ( SS-13BN ) will be introduced in this paper．
