摘要: 目的建立一种适于普遍应用的大鼠肾性高血压模型的系统方法。为开展高血压的实验研究,建立大鼠肾性高血压实验模型的新方法。方法采用丝线和针灸针缩窄方法代替银夹。结果高血压成功率达86%,术后两周血压明显增高。结论此模型可以在一般的实验室条件下建立并有较高的成功率,符合高血压实验研究的需要。

Abstract: Objective To expand laboratory investigation of hypertension and study a new method for establishing renovascilar hypertensive rat model.Methods The acupuncture needle and silkgature were used to instead of clip to narrow the renal artery of rats.Results A success rate of 86% was got in our experiment.The obviously elevated SBP in rats were showed two weeks after operation respectively.Conclusion This modified methods is feasible and with a higher successful rate and can be used to study hypertension further.
